One Southwark is a place-based programme that looks to transform the lives of young people through collective action. Through engaging community stakeholders and offering young people 121 support we are seeking to create systemic changes that will break down the barriers to young people’s progression.
The role of Programme Coordinator will support the Programme Director as we go into year 2 of this exciting scheme. They will work with young people; community partners and stakeholders to support and develop the programmes growth and the lives of its participants.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, and a knowledge of Southwark and its opportunities. They will be personable & encouraging and able to work with both young people and professionals alike.
This is a growth role; we are looking for someone who has the potential and the right attitude rather than someone who comes with the full range of skills for the job – we will provide support and training and help the right person develop into the role.
