At United St Saviour’s Charity we manage two sheltered housing schemes: St Saviour’s Court and Hopton Gardens Almshouses. Our almshouses are managed by a small housing team during office hours with 24 hour support services available via an intercom system.
Built in the eighteenth century, Hopton Gardens Almshouses in Hopton St., London, SE1, consists of twenty flats and cottages arranged around a central courtyard. Residents at Hopton’s are supported by a resident Scheme Manager.
Built in 2006 in Purley, St Saviour’s Court provides a safe, modern environment and quality standard of living for our residents. Here we provide 55 homes including both 1 and 2 bedroom properties. St Saviour’s Court residents are supported by a Senior Scheme Manager and a part time Scheme Manager.
