Sheltered housing
At United St Saviour’s Charity we manage two sheltered housing schemes: St Saviour’s Court and Hopton Gardens Almshouses. Our almshouses are managed by a small housing team during office hours with 24 hour support services available via a telecare system.
Built in the eighteenth century, Hopton Gardens Almshouses in Hopton Street, London, SE1, consists of twenty flats and cottages arranged around a central courtyard. Residents at Hopton’s are supported by a Housing and Support Manager.
Built in 2006 in Purley, St Saviour’s Court provides a safe, modern environment and excellent standard of living for our residents. Here we provide 53 homes including both 1 and 2 bedroom properties. St Saviour’s Court residents are supported by two Housing and Support Managers.
