On 15th May we ran a workshop with the CEO’s of our key partners in Southwark to discuss the challenges they face how we can best support them.
We are always looking for ways to best to support our partners and our workshop with CEOs (or senior managers) highlighted the challenges many of them are currently experiencing. The pressures of fundraising, the stress on frontline and senior staff, and the constant need to re-invent projects and demonstrate innovation (as well as impact) were some of the main themes of the session. We will reflect on these issues to develop our Community Investment programme in 2019 and will continue to organise meetings like this – which people found extremely useful.
