We are hugely excited to tell you about our plans for the redevelopment of 94-116 Southwark Park Road. This is going to be the location for a new United St Saviour’s Charity almshouse that will provide much needed social housing for older people living in Southwark. The Charity has been closely involved in the redevelopment of this site for a number of years and we are delighted that it is now finally going ahead.
The almshouse will consist of 57 self-contained apartments designed for independent sheltered living. The facility will also feature spaces for the whole community to use, including a courtyard garden.
