More info on the programme:  Southwark Change Makers aims to (1) to strengthen small and emerging grassroots groups working with children and young people, (2) to try out a grant-making model where those closest to local problems/and solutions are at the centre of decision-making about where the funding goes, and (3) to learn about what works best in enabling these emerging, grassroots groups to progress.
