Connecting Communities for positive ageing (3 years unrestricted funds from September 2022)
Link Age Southwark has provided long standing support to older people and those living with a diagnosis of dementia, offering them a range of services that are designed to help them thrive in later life. We will be giving them unrestricted funds for three years to support their core provisions such as includes volunteer befriending; social, exercise and activity groups; practical support including IT support; parties and a regular newsletter.
