The Passback Programme (1 year restricted funding from September 2022)
The movement factory is a black-female-led organisation who will addresses the economic, physical and well-being impacts of Covid-19 on freelance dance teachers and the resulting shortage of teachers for community dance following the pandemic. We are funding them to help 6 dance teachers get back on their feet and 6 junior aspiring dance teachers to start a career in dance and develop their skills (all people of colour), by providing 6 skills development and motivational training sessions and free kit for all participants
