About the Role
As Senior Estates Manager, you won’t just be managing buildings—you will shape the future of our estate. You will take full ownership of our property strategy, driving high standards and innovation across a rapidly evolving portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Our Estates Strategy: Drive the long-term strategic vision for our properties, ensuring every space is safe, efficient, sustainable, and built to inspire.

Asset Management & Transformation: Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), major refurbishments, capital projects, and property upgrades across commercial and residential sites.

Compliance & Safety Excellence: Maintain rigorous health, safety, and regulatory standards to deliver warm, safe, high-quality homes and spaces for our community.

Decarbonisation & Sustainability: Proactively identify and drive green initiatives, energy efficiency projects, and decarbonisation across our historic and modern buildings.

Contractor & Partner Leadership: Build and lead high-performing relationships with external contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure exceptional delivery.
