We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Community Investment/Grants Officer to join our dynamic team.
Focused on Southwark, our Community Investment programme helps to change lives, promote equality, provide opportunities for under-represented groups, and build communities. We work with hundreds of amazing local groups and have awarded nearly £5m in grants over the past 5 years.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Knowledgeable about Southwark and its diverse communities
- Passionate about social change and improving lives
- Organised, with good planning and administration skills
And who has:
- Experience of working or volunteering in the community or charity sector
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Some experience in use of social media/marketing/ communications
