Our goal is to maximise the well-being of our residents and support them to live happy, purposeful and healthy lives, helping them to get any additional care and support as and when they need it. The role holder will help to look after the building as well as the people who live in St Saviour’s Court.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to work 20 hours a week for 4 hours each day. Exact hours are negotiable but mornings are preferred. The role will require some lone working but the post holder will be fully supported by the Resident Support Manager, who will be working in St Saviour’s Court around three days a week. This position requires someone who really enjoys working face-to-face with a variety of people from all backgrounds and is creative and passionate about making a difference to their lives. The role holder will underpin the fundamental ethos of the charity which supports older people in leading happy, healthy, independent lives in a kind and caring community.

Other charity staff are based at our Head office in London Bridge where the post holder will occasionally need to attend meetings or training. All travel expenses will be met by the Charity.

The closing date for applications is Friday 10th March 2023.
