We are delighted to have appointed three new Housing and Support Managers to support our almshouse residents at Hoptons and in Purley who all started their new roles this week.
As part of their induction programme the new almshouse team enjoyed a visit to the Yalding Centre in Southwark Park Road and joined in with a tea dance attended by special guest, BBC’s Len Goodman. Len was visiting the Yalding Centre to promote the work of Age UK and encourage older people to keep dancing.
The Yalding Centre is run by Age UK Lewisham and Southwark who are close partner with United St Saviour’s Charity.
