We are delighted to share the second issue of our Southwark Park Road community newsletter, with an update about our exciting plans for delivering the new almshouse for older people living in Bermondsey. The almshouse will consist of 57 self-contained apartments designed for independent sheltered living. The facility will also feature spaces for the whole community to use, including a courtyard garden.
If you are interested in this project, why not come along to our community consultation event on Wednesday 27 November to meet the team and hear more about the plans? It will be a ‘drop-in’ event, starting at 5pm and finishing at 7pm, and the Yalding Healthy Living Centre at 95 Southwark Park Road will be our host for the evening.
