The final round of the Southwark Mayflower 400 Grants Fund – Round 3 – opens to online application on 1st December 2019.

The Fund – set up by Southwark Council, British Land and United St Saviour’s Charity – aims to support local projects in the SE16 area, or wider SE1 area (as relevant to the Mayflower story), that commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower sailing from Rotherhithe and the key themes of its historic voyage.

The total budget for Round 3 is £25,000.

There are two grant programmes: a Micro Grants Fund of up to £1K and a Medium Grants Fund of above £1K. The closing deadline for applications is 31st January 2020. Projects must include a live public event and can be delivered between March 2020 and November 2020. We are especially keen to hear from local volunteer-led groups including Tenant & Resident Associations and community groups.
