United St Saviour’s Charity is currently looking for suitable applicants for St Saviour’s Court, our beautiful almshouse in Purley, Croydon.
As well as fully fitted self-contained flats, this scheme offers a games room, a free laundry and a guest room for visitors. We have on-site scheme managers and all our flats are fitted with out of hours telecare systems for your security and care needs. We currently have a one bedroom, 2nd floor flat which would suitable for people with mobility problems as there is a lift and no steps in or out of the building. Residents at St Saviour’s Court also enjoy a range of activities provided by both the social club and the charity.
To qualify for an almshouse you should be 65 or over and have lived in Southwark for at least three years. You should not be a homeowner and have limited income and savings.
