Walworth Garden is a community garden for people to relax, learn, and grow. They support both their community and the environment by offering a range of learning opportunities that put nature first. They provide locals with the knowledge and tools to protect biodiversity, live sustainably, and thrive independently.
We have granted Walworth Community Garden with two years of unrestricted funding to continue to provide opportunities and support for the community. This includes equipping students with qualifications to find their way into work, developing the skills and confidence of vulnerable adults to combat isolation and loneliness, and welcoming visitors to enjoy their space.
