Become a resident

To become a St Saviour’s Court resident, or Collegian, you must have lived in Southwark for three years prior to the application, be 60 years of age or over, and on a limited income with low capital and savings. You should be able to live independently, with social services support if necessary. Our rents are based on affordable rent costs and in many cases will be covered by housing benefit.

We’re always happy to welcome those who are interested in becoming Collegians, so please drop in and take a look around.

To find out more, or if you have any questions, contact Elizabeth Caccamo on 0208 645 6720 or elizabeth.caccamo@ustsc.org.uk, or via the House Manager’s Office, St Saviour’s Court, 2a Old Lodge Lane, Purley, Surrey, CR8 4ER.
